Client Account Terms and Conditions

You must be over 18 years of age or at least of legal age in the jurisdiction where you reside or from which you use our services.
To access and use the Services, you must register on this WebbySOUND service with your full legal name, current address, telephone number, valid e-mail address and any other information provided as necessary. WebbySOUND may reject your application for an account or cancel an existing account for any reason at its sole discretion.
You acknowledge that WebbySOUND will use the contact details you provide as your primary method of communication.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. WebbySOUND cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for all activities and content, such as photographs, images, videos, graphics, written content, audio files, code, information or data uploaded, collected, generated, saved, displayed, distributed, transmitted or submitted in or in connection with your account (materials) that may have been damaged by YOUR EDIT AND not by technical support staff.
Violation or breach of any condition in the Terms of Service, as determined in the sole discretion of WebbySOUND, will result in the immediate termination of your services.
The WebbySOUND service reserves the right to change the terms and pricing policy of the promotions and offers. Promotions and special offers can be held only with the services provided by the WebbySOUND service.


Account Activation

Under our Contract Offer, the person subscribing to the Service will be a contracting party ("Account Holder") for the purposes of our Terms of Service and will be the person authorized to use any relevant account that we may provide to the account holder in connection with the Service.
If you sign up for the service on behalf of your employer, your employer must be the account holder. If you subscribe to the service on behalf of your employer, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your employer to our terms of service.
For long-term cooperation, a conclusion-Agreement is provided, in which all your services, cost, conditions will be spelled out and which will be valid throughout the entire period of provision of services by the WebbySOUND service.


Payment for Services

The services provided by the WebbySOUND service have the status of digital and virtual, and are not included in the category of physical. Payment for all Services is made personally by the Client after registering in the "WebbySOUND" service and adding certain services to his or her shopping cart.
Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual payment for already purchased and operating Services is made within SEVEN days upon the issuance of an invoice for payment for these services, depending on the period of validity of the service at the time of its order.
All Services provided by the "WebbySOUND" service do not have a cumulative system. This means that paying for the Service and not using the add-ons or features included in it in full, these same additions and opportunities are not accumulated and do not pass on to the next paid period.
All Services provided by the "WebbySOUND" service are paid according to their Tariffs, which have the terms of provision, the resources consumed, with the exception of Promotions and Special Offers provided for by the internal charter and regulations of the "WebbySOUND" service as well as by the web services agency "© WEBBY". Payment for the use of the Services is made after the fact. Therefore, there is no refund for their non-use. (see "Return Policy" below)

 

Security policy

When paying for an order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not enter our billing system, their processing is fully protected and no one, including our billing system, can receive personal and banking data of the client.
When working with card data, the information protection standard developed by the international payment systems Visa and MasterCard -Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is applied, which ensures secure processing of the Holder's Bank Card details.
The applied data transmission technology guarantees security for transactions with Bank cards by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), Verifiedby Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks that have the highest degree of protection.

 

Return Policy

Payment for the use of the Services is made after the fact. Therefore, there is no refund for their non-use.
Also, due to the increasing cases of fraud (purchase of the Service, and then a request for a refund to receive the product for free), we do not provide a refund for the paid Services.
Refunds can be considered as offsets of one Service for another, equal to the cost of the refund, or replenishment of the Client's balance in the Personal Cabinet for an amount equal to the amount of the refund.
The customer, however, should first contact our technical support. We always try to solve any issues for our customers and will definitely find options for their successful solution.
